Hoi An Blue Sky Boutique Hotel & Spa

We really liked this hotel; it was one of our favorites. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the room was always very clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The food at the hotel was good and affordable, very good breakfast. We enjoyed the cooking show, and they also provided bicycles, which we used to explore the surrounding agricultural areas. Hoi An was amazing and I definitely recommend this hotel✨

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hoi An. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what really made our experience special was the staff.Dinh was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She always had a warm smile and was ready to assist us with anything we needed. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of.We are very satisfied with both the hotel and the service. If we come back to Hoi An, we would definitely choose this hotel again.Thank you so much, Dinh!

Musty smell in ventilation system...we kept our windows open. Lacked a sense of welcoming warmth. Spa seemed outdated.

The pool and bar were very nice. We were welcomed very pleasantly.The room was very nice and big.

The breakfast and the staff's attitude to the issue - I commented that there were a lot of flies on the fruits and vegetables at breakfast, which is very dangerous. The receptionist I told this to didn't seem surprised, and besides, all the waiters walk by the plates and don't care. From the moment I said this, it felt like the hotel was trying to flatter me so that I would leave them a good review rather than simply putting a fan or a cover for the food and solving the problem. The next day they put a candle that was supposed to fix the situation, but it didn't help and the waiter came every few minutes, waving the flies away. They prepared food for me for the room that I didn't want to eat because that was the state of cleanliness in the kitchen and ordered us a taxi to the next hotel at their expense, which was nice of them.Also, the temperature on the shower changed every minute for cold or too hot.The double bed was 2 small bed that they put together and in the middle it wasn’t comfortable to sleep as a couple.

Everything was perfect! Their hospitality is remarkable, they made us check in earlier than usual as we have a baby and they even upgraded the room for us! Loved their cold wet towels and welcome drink & coconut snacks

It’s very bright, spacious, stylish, clean and quiet. Swimming pool is quite big and inviting. Good breakfasts with lots of various choices.

Everything was perfect except a shower area that looked a bit tired and old.

No window in the room, gym at the basement is a complete disappointment. A bit far from old town

Really enjoyed my stay here that I extended it. Room was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Big bath tub and shower which has great water pressure. Room service was quick and easy. Pool area nice and well maintained. Breakfast was good and varied enough. Staff were fantastic, and went out of their way to help you. It’s about 20 mins walk to the old town but I enjoyed the walk and getting a cheap grab bikes in and out. Spa on site too. Pool cleaned each day.

Nothing, I would def stay here again in Hoi An. There was some small work being done on hotel as I was there but guests were informed and hotel vouchers were given for restaurant. Didn’t bother me at all as I was out sightseeing. My only small complaint was that water is very hard and there was no conditioner which would have been great. Not a big deal however at all

Special thanks to Dinh from Reception, who warmly welcomed us with refreshing drinks and took the time to clearly explain all the hotel facilities during check-in. Also, a big thank you to Diem from Reception for assisting us with our requests during our stay—both were professional, friendly, and very accommodating.We also appreciate the concierge (we unfortunately forgot his name) who kindly helped us with our luggage upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to our stay.The restaurant staff were equally commendable—very helpful and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed during our meals. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we truly enjoyed it every morning.The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The only minor issue we experienced was with the soundproofing, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and children at the swimming pool early in the morning.Despite that, everything went very well overall, and we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, friendly staff, good value for money, and great location near tourist attractions.

Room space was good. Staff was very helpful, caring, accommodating, and cheerful. Location of the hotel was also close to a pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, and tourist attraction such as Hoi An Ancient Town.

I think they can get the corners of the washroom more cleaned.

It was conveniently located near the walking district and the staff were very kind and hospitable. Ms. Dinh in specific checked in on me regularly and provided great recommendations on things to do during my stay in Hoi An.

Exceptional experience here at Hoi An Blue Sky. We travel as a family of 4, we are treated exceptionally from the beginning to the end. The staff is just amazing, exceptionally helpful and friendly speaking both English and Vietnamese, including Ms. Van & Ms. Dinh. The room is beautiful and very clean with a mesmerizing touch of the color blue palette. Elegant design with a feeling of fanciness. Facilities are all in great quality, great shower with warm water with a bathtube, and an amazing pool. Great location close to the Hoi An old town. We definitely will stay here again when we come back to Hoi An!

Nothing that we don’t like. Everything is wonderful, maybe only very small thing is that Breakfast can be extended until 10h30 instead of 10h AM.

Staff were extremely helpful and staff Tram was outstanding. Room was spacious and we had 3 beds which was ideal for us. Very clean. Laundry service was very good. Overall we highly recommend.
